Introduction
The number of Accidents and dead individuals in Saudi Arabia has been increased steadily over the past ten years, in parallel, the number of licenses issued has been increased in many regions in Saudi Arabia. Issued licenses apply need many tests and training also which may affect a number of accidents in Saudi Arabia. This project will study two datasets first one is the driving licenses for each region in Saudi Arabia from 1993–2017, the second dataset is the number of accidents, deads and injured for each region in Saudi Arabia for 2016 and 2017. Examining two datasets to find trends and observations, ending with a result and recommendations.
Analytical Study
Data was read and understood and re-structured by deleting unnecessary columns, fixing incorrect data types to suit and serve the research, columns were renamed to make it clear and understandable. And then changing the dataset format, then two datasets were merged to explore trends.

Results of statistical analysis of data
As shown above, that Makkah was the highest number of accidents in 2017 around 140000 accidents. And Makkah in 2016 was the second region in the rate of accidents. And noticed Riyadh and Eastern number of accidents has been decreased in 2017.
we can see here the average in all two years was most of the data accidents very high but the number of dead was low. And number of injured in 2017 highest than 2016.
The data showed mean was 28915 from 2017–1993. Riyadh state came with highest percentage in issuing licenses.
Above is the accidents, graphs. It is noticed that there is a decrease for all numbers in 2017 compared to 2016 which is a good sign.

Conclusions
Finally, based on the statistical study on this paper. Noticed that the population density makes an effect on the number of accidents in each state. Riyadh, Eastern, and Makkah have been the highest number of accidents and deaths, injured also, number of issued licenses. The higher the population density, the greater number of traffic accidents, the number of licenses issued, as well as the number of injuries and deaths resulting from traffic accidents. And it could be a growing number of incidents in Makkah because of the active commercial movement, as well as the presence of the holy sites and a large number of pilgrims and Umrah travelers.
